HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders take about 3 - 5 days to process and our average shipping time for items in stock is between 7 - 15 days in most parts of the USA. There can be delays from the Postal company and also your location might affect shipping times. We strive to get all orders ready and to the shipping company within 3-5 business days.

Because we ship some of our products directly from our partners in other countries, due to incredibly high demand for our jewelry please allow 2-3 weeks for US delivery and please allow 3-5 weeks for International delivery.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

In most cases, Yes.Tracking numbers from our partners can take 5 - 10 day's to show a result. If for any reason we cannot provide you with a tracking number we will let you know.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

 

THERE ARE NO SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE FOR MY CART OR DESTINATION

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at info@flowelry.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped we cannot make changes to the order.  In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.

I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can send back your item within 7 day's of receiving it if there is any problem for either a refund or a replacement item. The item must still be in its original packaging. We are not liable for any return shipping and a restocking fee of $6.00 will apply.
